I’ve been in every aspect of the restaurant industry since the summer I turned 16. From slinging gyros at the State Fair, to busser, host, barback, server, cook, bartender, manager, beverage director. Let me tell you”¦there’s nothing quite like bartending. It’s tough to beat the experience of truly seeing someone wowed, and put at-ease with the simple act of spoiling them with service, good food, and cared for beverages.
A good bar is the beating heart of every event. Far too often is this aspect of the event overlooked and dwindled down to a mere afterthought.
Think about the flow of a wedding – the bar at cocktail hour is likely the first stop your guests will make. The quality of that interaction can set the tone for the whole night. We strongly believe that the days of letting that truly important tone-setting experience also be the afterthought of the entire planning process are over”¦and we’re here to make that transition seamless.
The beverage experience can only be as good as the people planning it, and later, the people executing it. We are career bartenders dedicated to the craft of the cocktail, the fundamental elements of hospitality, and the use of REAL ingredients. We absolutely love to work closely with brides, grooms and event planners, and schedule tastings so that the entire process is curated and EXACTLY what our guests want and desire.
I sincerely enjoy sharing time with people on some of the happiest occasions of their lives. Raising the bar, and making their beverage experience unforgettable is our specialty.
