Just had Renewal by Andersen out to replace an old and drafty bay window. They said they would be here by 8AM and they were five minutes early which was great. They informed me of all the things they were going to be doing, gave me the paper work, talked to me about installing smoke detectors in every bedroom and then started working. Had I not stopped them to talk with them or bring them out treats, I am sure the job would have been completed sooner. Although, four hours to install a larger bay window was extremely good. Now the test factor came in this morning when I sat in my chair by the window. Normally I would have to have a blanket over me as the chill from the old window was unreal! But I can safely say that this morning I felt no draft, no chill and even the window sill is warm. Before, I could put my hot cup of coffee on the window sill to cool it down quickly. Not any more. I love it. They did an exceptional job and the clean up that they did was AWESOME. Thank you Renewal by Andersen for a job well done.

We had all of our windows replaced by Renewal by Andersen. So happy with the look and functionality of all of the windows. They all seem larger than the original window making the rooms brighter and bringing the outdoors right inside. The airconditioning was turned off this morning and the house remained cool all day! Jeff and Matt were amazing! Very personable, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Everything was explained to us before they began and any questions were answered. Very hard working from beginning to end, right down to the clean up! We would definitely recommend!
